Designing

We create conceptual and main designs for steel and composite (steel-concrete) structures.
Preparation of main designs and static calculations according to the applicable standards:

• Loads on structures (HRN EN 1991)
• Design of steel structures (HRN EN 1993)
• Design of composite steel-concrete structures (HRN EN 1994) • Design of seismic resistance of structures (HRN EN 1998-1)

3D scanning

We provide a top-notch 3D scanning service with the most modern equipment and computer infrastructure. Our internal network supports a bandwidth of 10 Gbps, which enables fast and high-quality network processing of 3D scans.
Our equipment:

• Precision industrial scanner for small areas (550x600 mm, accuracy 0.02 mm + 0.035 mm/m) Ideal for mechanical applications such as flanges, bending tools and repair kits
• TLS scanner (range 350m, accuracy 2mm@10m, 2 million points/s) For precise scanning of large objects and structures
• SLAM indoor scanner (accuracy 2cm XY and 3cm Z, 640,000 points/s) Enables fast and precise mapping of complex indoor spaces
• DJI M350 RTK drone equipped with HESAI XT32M2X LiDAR sensor For imaging large areas and inaccessible locations
• Emlid Reach RS3 base + rover system for precise positioning Ensures centimeter-level positioning accuracy in space

Expert supervision

Professional construction supervision encompasses a comprehensive approach to monitoring and controlling the execution of works.
Key activities:
• Induction of contractors into work according to the provisions of the Contract for the performance of works
• Opening and regular maintenance of the construction log
• Regular review of the construction log and quantity control
• Continuous supervision with weekly coordination meetings
• Regular presence on the construction site (minimum once a week)

Construction Monitoring:

• Periodic 3D scanning of the as-built state
• Comparison of the actual as-built state with the BIM model
• Deviation analysis and detection of potential problems
• Timely detection of deviations from the designed geometry
